Once you are connected to your vehicle’s MMI Wi-Fi Network you can enjoy the following Audi connect services:

To use the Audi connect services please subscribe at myAudi (www.myaudi.com). The offered functions depend in part on interfaces to 3rd party suppliers. Thus the functionality and availability might vary from country to country. We recommend a broadband data connection with a corresponding data flat-rate, Costs might occur according to the contract with your local mobile network operator. Pros and cons of MMI connect app for iPhone and iPad

MMI connect app good for

Great user interface! Links calendar and contacts to easily send destinations to the car. A must for Audi drivers with MMI.

Giving one more star. It took a while, but looks like the latest update may have finally fixed the background battery drain issue and I no longer have to manually terminate the app after each use.

I really like the clean and fast interface for switching screens but dont really like the up / down approach for scrolling threw features within a group. It would be nice if we could customize the feature list to add the highest used features higher in the UI.

And it coming in handy. I wish it was a little faster and that there was a remote start feature.

I sent data to the car and it said success but the data never arrived; days later, there would be multiples. Hopefully, the recent update fixed this. Good app, although it should do more to tigger items in the car. Windows, remote start, engine data- all can be secured by fingerprint here in 2016. I want Audi to break the mold of German good engine, Japan good electronics. This app is a good start, but only a start.

Was going to wait for CarPlay. This does most of what I need.

Some bad moments

Slow, hard to configure, not adapted to iOS standards. Not the level of quality I was expecting from Audi. My A4 3 liters Stronic Sline is only two months old. It took 1 hour to setup everything at Audis reseller with half of commercial staff (7 guys). CarPlay integration is not something Id be proud of. Update: todays release wont launch on an iPhone 6 under iOS 10.2.

Please make the iCloud music library available wireless on the MMI as currently only the downloaded tracks without DRM are available. The iCloud Music library is only available if the iOS device is connected via the AMI. Please remove the "music" played when a webradio is loading.

This app does NOT work with the 2017 A4s purchased/delivered before Sept of this year or basically without Audi Connect. It will only work on your phone but thats it, useless. It will NOT connect onto your MMI display. I was one of the eager ones to get the new A4 with the Virtual Cockpit and all the goodies only to find AFTER delivery that Audi Connect wasnt in the car and it was a new addition coming this fall which of course no dealer told me. So now I have a 2017 A4 without Audi Connect and no retro-fitting. Really disappointed in Audi for pushing out their new line of A4s without disclosing the fact the a few months later they wold be releasing ones with Audi Connect. Again, this app is basically useless if you have an 2017 A4 previous to Audi Connect availability. Thanks Audi, never again.

Since iOS 10.2.1 not working, no connection to the car. Support, fix it quickly.

I cant write much of a review. All I can say is it wont even let me login. I have a 20 character password with no special characters, just letters and numbers. Is that too many for this app? I can login to the myaudiconnect web site with no problems.

Useless, The fact that i need to connect my phone to the car to do anything is a waste of time, i am forced to get an additional internet provider specific for the car but yet i need my phone to conncet to it, it is simply useless and way below i would expect from Audi.
